Social outcomes are great. But measurable social outcomes are better.
When speaking of social, your outcomes are much more than just numbers or money. They are indicators of how your receptors absorb the benefits achieved into their own lives and experience change. And in the best scenario, the impact the receptor continues spreading and generating into the future of others in the same system.
Quality and value are indicators of impact. Indicators are the specific things we take measurements of. We combine the impact chain with indicators to build a impact measurement system, based on all datasets (some of which quantitative) and stakeholder feedback. We then make ongoing analyses in order to always be provided with relevant data to manage and take directions on the actions defined.
Every month we have a meeting with our clients for feedbacks and to report the outcomes achieved in the period.
